Dr. Joanna Dzwonek from the Laboratory of Molecular and Systemic Neuromorphology, headed by Prof. Grzegorz Wilczyński, is a winner of the PARENT-BRIDGE Programme competition from the Foundation for Polish Science, co-financed from European Union, Regional Development Fund.


The objective of the project is to investigate the role of adhesion molecule CD44 in dendritic tree arborization.
Thanks to the the BRIDGE programme, that the main purpose is to enable the best researchers who are raising young children to return to advanced research work, Dr Dzwonek will receive a research grant funding, including fellowships for PhD and Msc students, for a total amount of 530 000 PLN .
